SPEAKER: Lu Yao, Assistant Professor of Finance, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. Dr. Lu received her Ph.D. in Business Economics from University of Michigan in 2009. Mrs. Lu’s primary research interests are in the areas of Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Capital market development and internationalization and so on. Her papers are to be published in top journals as Journal of Financial Economics, Asia Pacific Journal of Financial Studies.

主讲人介绍：陆瑶，清华大学经管学院金融系助理教授。 2009年获得美国密歇根大学(安娜堡分校)商务经济学博士学位。陆博士的研究兴趣主要在于公司金融，公司治理，资本市场发展与国际化等领域。其文章即将发表在国际顶级期刊上，如Journal of Financial Economic，Asia Pacific Journal of Financial Studies等。
