主讲人介绍：鍾惠民，来自于台湾交通大学, 兼任台湾交通大学管理学院的副院长和EMBA项目的主任。他还是多个金融学术机构，台湾期货交易所, 和华南金融控股公司的董事会成员。鍾教授1997年博士毕业于密西根州立大学。他的主要研究方向包括金融衍生证券，金融市场，公司治理。目前为止，钟教授已经在著名国际金融期刊上发表40余篇论文, 包括Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Empirical Finance, Journal of Futures Markets, Journal of Fixed Income, etc。

TOPIC: National Governance Bundles and Fragility in Liquidity

SPEAKER: Huimin Chung is from National Chiao Tung University where he served as the associate dean in the College of Management and the director of the Executive MBA program. He also served as a board member in a number of academic associations, Taiwan futures Exchange, and Hua-Nan Financial Holding Co. He got his Ph.D degree in finance from Michigan State University in 1997. His main research areas are in financial derivatives, financial markets, corporate governance. He has more than 40 papers published in leading finance journals, such as Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Empirical Finance, Journal of Futures Markets, Journal of Fixed Income, etc.
