主讲人介绍：沈涛，清华大学经济与管理学院的金融学助理教授。沈教授于2013年在明尼苏达大学卡森管理学院获得金融学博士学位。他的主要研究兴趣在资本结构，金融市场，和资产定价。沈教授最近的一篇文章发表在Journal of Financial Economics。

SPEAKER: Shen Tao is an Assistant Professor in the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. He got his Ph.D degree in finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in 2013. His main research areas are in capital structure, financial markets, and asset pricing. He has a recent publication at theJournal of Financial Economics and a number of working papers.
