SPEAKERs: Charles E. Appeadu, Ph.D., CFA, FRM, CAIA, works for CFA Institute in Charlottesville as Head, University Relations. Prior to joining CFA Institute, Dr. Appeadu worked as a finance professor at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and Georgia State University, Atlanta, where he taught undergraduate and graduate level Investments courses. He also held the position of Portfolio Manager at Parametric Portfolio Associates in Seattle.
Mr.William Boivinis responsible for general university outreach efforts in the Asia-Pacific region for CFA Institute, the global association of investment & finance professionals that sets the standard for professional excellence and credentials. In addition, William facilitates the planning and execution of the local and regional Research Challenge competitions. William has over five years of experience in the association management industry and has held various positions in both trade and professional associations.
