主讲人介绍：李广众，中山大学经济学博士、美国纽约城市大学Baruch College金融学博士。中山大学管理学院财务与投资系教授、博导。李教授曾任教于中山大学、中央财经大学和美国Baruch College，他的研究方向是公司财务和金融机构管理。有关企业资本结构选择的博士论文获得纽约城市大学最优金融学博士论文奖。李教授曾在国际著名学术刊物上发表多篇论文，包括Review of Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting和Journal of Comparative Economics等。同时，李教授还在《经济学季刊》、《世界经济》、《管理世界》、《统计研究》等著名中文期刊上发表20余篇学术论文，担任国内外众多著名学术杂志匿名审稿人。曾多次主持美国金融管理学会年会和美国东部金融学会年会。

SPEAKER: Li Guangzhong, Professor, Sun Yat-Sen University.
Dr. Li received his Ph.D. in Economics from Sun Yat-sen University and Ph.D. in Finance from Baruch College. Professor Li has taught at Sun Yat-sen University, Central University of Finance, and Baruch College. His research interests include Corporate Finance andFinancial Institutions. His Ph.D. dissertation was awarded the 2011 Best Dissertation in Finance at CUNY-Baruch College. Professor Li’s papers have been published at leading academic journals such as the Review of Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, and Financial Management. He has served as the chair and discussant of the Financial Management Association Annual Meetings and the Eastern Finance Association Annual Meetings.
