Biography:Dr.Jianxin Chiis an Assistant Professor ofFinanceatLee Business School at University of Nevada at Las Vegas in U.S.He obtained Ph.D. degree in finance at Texas A&M University.His current research interestsinclude corporate finance, corporate liquidity management, firm valuation, product market competition, corporate governance, executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and earnings management. He haspublished research works on many prestigious academic journals, includingJournal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Banking and FinanceandFinancial Management.
